These wheels move abrasive media at heightened acceleration onto the elements hanging on the rotating hanger, which moves in both clockwise and counterclockwise directions. This bi-directional rotation assures certain every surface of the elements is exposed to the abrasive streamlet for specific cleaning.
The positioning of the shot blasting wheels is optimized to maximize cleaning efficiency & ensure effective usage of the abrasive media. Behind the blasting cycle is completed, the blast wheel units automatically shut off. The machine door is then manually opened, & the cleaned elements are unloaded.
